Lands rate in Noida will remain the same for the next year


As per the meeting conducted on Thursday i.e., 17 December by Noida authorities in presence of CEO of authority 'Ritu Maheshwari'. It was concluded that land prices are not to be increased in the next fiscal year.

Furthermore, CEO Ritu Maheshawari coated that "During the recent assessment conducted, it is found that prevailing land prices have gone up by 4.16% times". So as per the current pandemic situation, it was decided that there would be no hike in rates of land next year.       

Some other important decision regarding cancellation of land allotment & Rescheduling scheme was taken.

Regarding land allotment, it was concluded that if an owner of the property if found using a residential property commercially or for any other purpose would face the consequence of losing his property as allotment of that property would be canceled by the authorities.

Regarding the reschedulement scheme which provides a feasible solution to defaulters as they could now clear their dues with rebate by the end of year i.e., 31 of December.
