E-auction of properties to be started by SBI soon




SBI is planning to conduct an electronic auction from the 30th of December for mortgage properties both commercial & residential. Under this there are currently 3317 residential,935 commercials,513 industrial & 9 agricultural properties are to be auctioned. Bank further stated that "Bank has put up mortgage properties to recover its Bank dues. "


SBI has also mentioned requirements & Pre-requisites for participating in E-auction


REQUIREMENTS-

  • EMD for the particular property as mentioned in the e-auction notice.
  • KYC documents are to be submitted to the concerned SBI branch beforehand.
  • Bidders may approach e-auctioneers or any other authorized agency to obtain a digital signature.
  • When the bidder submits the EMD deposit and KYC documents to the concerned branch, their registered login ID and password will be sent via email id by e-auctioneers.
  • Bidders need to login and bid during the auction hours on the date of e-auction as per auction rules.


PRE-REQUISITES-

  • Bidder/Purchaser Registration: Mobile number & Email-id are to be used by bidder to register for e-Auction.
  • KYC Verification: KYC documents are to be uploaded by the bidder & will be verified by the e-auction service provider.
  • Transfer of EMD amount to Bidder Global EMD Wallet: Online/off-line transfer of fund using NEFT/Transfer, using challan generated on e-Auction Platform.
  • Bidding Process and Auction Results: Registered bidders can bid on the E-auction Platform after completing the above-mentioned steps.

  1. Within Next 7 Days- 758 residential & 98 industrial.
  2. Within Next 30 Days- 3035 residential & 410 industrial
